Seawall and Promenade Nearing Completion
The City of Lakeport plans to reopen Library Park to the public by June 1. On February 23, 2020, the City Council awarded a construction contract to Granite Construction Company for the Library Park Sidewalk Replacement Project. The Public Works Department has determined that it has been completed in substantial compliance with the project plans and specifications. The total cost of the construction contract is $399,696. The Council is expected to adopt a resolution accepting the construction at its meeting on May 19, 2020.
