City of Lakeport and Lake County Behavioral Health Services’ “Pathways to Stability” Homelessness and Mental Health Resource Fair May 1
Lake County, CA (April 26, 2024) – The City of Lakeport, in collaboration with the Lakeport Police Department and Lake County Behavioral Health Services, is proud to announce “Pathways to Stability,” a homelessness and housing resource fair aimed at connecting community members with vital resources and support services.
Scheduled for May 1, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., “Pathways to Stability” will take place at Xabatin Community Park at 800 North Main Street, Lakeport. The event aims to raise awareness of the variety of resources available to individuals facing homelessness or housing insecurity in the Lakeport area.

“Pathways to Stability” will feature informational booths and representatives from organizations including the City of Lakeport, Lakeport Police Department, Lake County Behavioral Health Services, Redwood Community Services, Nation’s Finest, Adventist Health, and Sutter Lakeside Hospital. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about housing assistance programs, mental health services, and substance use disorder services available in our community. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback and learn about the recently launched Low-Barrier Navigation Center Study currently underway in the City of Lakeport. The project team will be present to discuss what a Low-Barrier Navigation Center is and have interactive displays where community members can provide feedback on the concept of a navigation center. In addition to valuable information, attendees will be treated to a complimentary dinner, provided by the Kiwanis Club of Lakeport.
