The City of Lakeport has partnered with Lakeport Disposal to create a new Customer Satisfaction Survey to get feedback from customers about their customer experience. The survey includes 10 easy questions and should only take a few minutes to complete. The City contracts with Lakeport Disposal for our community’s waste & recycling curbside pickup and disposal services. We work closely with Lakeport Disposal staff to address waste collection service issues and coordinate Lakeport’s bi-annual Community Cleanup Day events.
