The City of Lakeport proudly offers several parks and facilities for the community to enjoy!

Lakeport’s parks and recreation facilities contribute to the connectivity, character, health and culture of the community. Lakeport is known for its popular recreational activities, such as boating, bass fishing, wakeboarding, swimming, sailing, and kayaking and is a destination for many tourists.
We invite you to take advantage of these community assets

We are excited to celebrate the inaugual year of our newest community asset, Xabatin Community Park on the shore of beautiful Clear Lake. (click link to learn more about the Park's development)
Special features include the extension of the promenade along the lakefront from Library Park, basketball court, skatepark, Ninja gym, amphitheater, splash pad, public art, multi-use lawn area, sheltered picnic areas, and a bathroom/concession building.

With direct access to Clear Lake, named after the historic Carnegie Library in the center of town, residents and tourists alike can access the lake via several free public boat ramps, as well as a swimming beach.

Westside IIWestside Community Park

The Park is 60 acres of land set aside by the City of Lakeport. The Westside Community Park Committee leases portions of the land for development. As phases are completed the City dedicates them as parkland and assumes the administration and maintenance.
Features:  Soccer, Baseball & Softball Fields, Playground, Walking Trail with Fitness Sections, Dog Park, and Horseshoe Pits.
To reserve the Rotary Field at the Park, please contact Lakeport Deputy City Clerk, Hilary Britton, at 707-263-5613 ext 102.

Westside Park - Map

*The Westside Community Park Committee is a non-profit, public benefit corporation set up by interested citizens for the purpose of promoting, constructing, and raising funds for the development of Westside Community Park.  The Committee is composed of 15 – 20 volunteers who meet monthly and plan fundraising events, work crews, and other projects to facilitate the development and operation of the park. REPORT A PROBLEM
The Parks and City Facilities Division provides for the operation and maintenance of Library Park, Xabatin Community Park, and Westside Community Park, special use areas, City Hall, the Silveira Community Center and the Lakeport Police Station. This Division provides administration and supervision of contract providers, and park and building maintenance staff for landscaping, grounds, and building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing repairs, vandalism repairs, painting, custodial services, and litter abatement.
