When is your billing period?

The City of Lakeport’s utility billing period begins on the 9th of a proceeding month and runs to the 8th of the following month.  The billing date is the 15th excluding weekends and legal holidays.  For example, from June 9th to July 8th is a billing period, then your bill will be sent out on the 15th of July permitting that it does not fall on a weekend.  If so, your bill will be sent out the following weekday.  Due dates for utility bills vary according to the day they are sent out.
