 Lake County, CA (June 4, 2024) – Tomorrow, June 5, the County of Lake will officially launch a new county-wide digital newsletter.  This new publication will provide all Lake County residents with an engaging, easy-to-read informational digest with important county-wide updates, news, and events.

Each monthly digital newsletter will be available in English and Spanish, and designed to be a gateway to civic involvement and empowerment for all people living in Lake County.  By subscribing, residents can join a community dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the region, and receive timely and relevant information about:

  • Quality of Life: initiatives and projects aimed at improving the living conditions in Lake County;
  • Community Building: staying connected with local events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved in strengthening our community;
  • Fire Life Safety: updates and safety tips to protect your home and loved ones from fire hazards;
  • Health: news on public health issues, programs, and resources;
  • Seniors: discovering services, activities, and support available for our senior residents;
  • Families with Children: educational programs, family activities, and resources for children and parents; and
  • Environmental Stewardship:  efforts to preserve and protect our natural environment.
