A $45.00 start service fee applies for every start of service, even if the water is currently "on" at the property. A $75.00 deposit is required when an account is opened. Forms may be accepted by fax or email but payment must also be submitted before the applications will be processed.
How do I stop water/sewer service?
A form requesting an account be closed is required to be submitted. Click HERE to download the form.

How do I request a leak adjustment?
If a customer meets the minimum requirements, you may be eligible to receive a one-time leak adjustment as a credit on your next water bill. The request must be submitted on this form. How do I set up trash service?
Curbside trash, recycling, and green waste pickup in Lakeport is provided by Lakeport Disposal Company. Fees for weekly waste collection are billed by the City as part of the monthly sewer and water utility bills.
