WIND SPEED: 85 MPH (2019 CBC Edition)
WIND EXPOSURE C shall be used for the following conditions:
1. Buildings located within 1,000 feet of Clear Lake Exposure C on the side facing the lake only.
2. Buildings located on ridges.
3. Buildings located in exposed valleys.
4. Buildings located on exposed hillsides.
USE EXPOSURE B FOR ALL OTHER CONDITIONS 
MINIMUM SOIL BEARING CAPACITY = 1500 P.S.F. (Submit Soils Report for lower values)
SNOW LOAD: 5lbs. per Square Foot
ROOF LIVE LOAD: 20 P.S.F. Live Load (Roof drains shall be designed to carry away at least 3 inches of rainfall per hour)
SEISMIC ZONE: Category D Site Class 2 (D2)
CLIMATE ZONE: 2
